Smoked Rhubarb BBQ Sauce

This tasty sauce starts with trays of chopped rhubard spending the afternoon on the smoker BBQ, then cooking down with loads of spices and some tomato paste from our own greenhouse. Tons of flavour with notable flavours of cumin, garlic and smoke with a mild, sweet tang. Great on pork and lamb.
