This salve is a natural alternative to antibiotic ointments. It has several uses including scrapes, rashes, insect bites, skin irritations, etc. Herbs have been used for thousands of years in treating various skin conditions and there has been a growing interest in natural skincare by those who have concerns with synthetic and petroleum based ingredients and their negative health effects.
 
It contains :
Comfrey - stimulates tissue repair. Is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.
Plantain - stimulates collagen growth which aids in healing. It is beneficial for insect bites, scrapes and burns.
Calendula - anti-inflammatory, astringent, antibacterial, antiviral and anti-fungal. It helps with burns, rashes and abrasions.
Yarrow - helps heal wounds. Is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, astringent and a helpful in relieving pain.
Rosemary - stimulates blood flow to injured area. Good for sores, bruises and eczema.
These herbs have been infused in organic sunflower oil, which can help repair the skin barrier and soothe and help heal irritated or damaged skin.
Tea Tree Essential Oil - anti-fungal as well as giving relief from itching.
Lavender Essential Oil- a natural antihistamine and soothes itchy skin and bites.
