Pattypan Squash

These buttery squash are fast becoming a customer favourite. Cut off the tops and stuff, rough chop and add to skewers, or simply roast with butter for a great side dish. $2.00/lb (roughly equal to one large ~6", two medium ~4-5" or three ~3" squash).
